The CGMA Finance Leadership Programme (FLP) is CIMA's digital pathway to the CGMA designation with no separate objective test exams. You learn through an integrated online platform and still sit the case study exam at each level. CGMA Academy provides focused tuition and case-study coaching on top of your FLP subscription — so you get the best of CIMA's platform plus real human support where it counts.
How FLP works
FLP bundles together CIMA registration, the digital learning platform, all assessments, the case study exams and CGMA membership into one subscription paid directly to CIMA. It runs across the same levels as the traditional route — Foundational, Operational, Management and Strategic — but replaces the objective tests with continuous online learning and a single integrated case study at each level.
We don't resell the CIMA subscription. We provide the tuition and case-study support layer on top of it — the coaching that turns platform access into first-time passes. This keeps your cost honest and transparent: you pay CIMA for FLP, and you pay us only for expert support.
FLP suits self-disciplined working professionals who prefer continuous learning over sitting many separate objective tests — you still sit the integrated case study exam at each level. If you'd rather sit traditional objective tests, the traditional CIMA route may suit you better — we support both.
